Oh, don't worry! I am positive that whoever hires him will forewarn him before his first day! If that person doesn't, one of the women teachers on the hall will. They won't let him start classes clueless to that little fact!

You can maybe warn him ahead, and you might find out he is already aware of it, especially if he has already taken Adolescent Psychology.
Just say, "Nutty's Son, how are you going to handle it if one of the girls in your class comes on to you a little too strongly?" ( And watch his reaction)
