I will start :
Mr. Write confirmed that Nick was on a flight from Charlotte to Milwaukee; his full post was in Nick's spoiler thread dated May 21st and included photos of his findings. Here's an excerpt of his text:

"I have not followed the conversations about Nick's video, so forgive me if this has been covered.
At first I thought I had found a smoking gun, and the video was not as RS described, but on closer look I do now think it was taken on Flight 3837 from Charlotte to Milwaukee departing at 7:44PM

Here's why:
1. At first I thought it was too light outside for it to be a 7:44 PM flight, but you can hear the flight attendant, saying good evening to passengers, so that appears to conform with RS's information.

2. Flight 3837 is virtually always a Bombardier CRJ-200, and indeed it appears that Nick was on that kind of plane."

I guess people can argue that he dressed to be comfortable but that out fit.... I have no words

Again, Nick was convinced to make the video by TPTB:
1. to protect his privacy - less chance of stalkers, ability to hide in plain sight with Andi if he's F2
2. like Mura suggests of Des and Chris enjoying the deception - it's his opportunity to punk the public
3. TPTB can screw RS

1. Noobsleuth posted interesting pics that does make me question the timing of Nick's flight (on the Nick thread). Not sure that changes anything re: the video though. Mr Write did hear the flight attendant saying "good evening".

2. Having just flown recently I don't recall hearing the person in front of me all that well because they're facing forward. I find it suspicious that they got such good sound. Try recording with your phone and you'll see what I mean.

3. I can't believe RS would pay people to try to follow the f2 or 3.  I also question how they'd get the seat right behind Nick even if he did.

4. The person behind might be able to make it look like they're doing something on their phone for the people walking by but what about people in the seats beside them? It's pretty obvious what you're doing.

Josh being seen going to Cancun also is suspicious. It makes me wonder if he was on the show. If Nick's video is a foiler than it could mean he's the actual f1 but if it's not it would make Josh the most likely along with a possibility that someone else came back. I think Chris is more likely than Marcus if the info about him being on BIP is true. I'm not seeing much between Chris & Andi though.

Why would Fleiss give Nick a bad edit if he's the f1? He'll do almost anything to fool the viewers (& RS) including manufactured drama. Ian from Meredith's season was a f1 who got a bad edit. They even went so far as to make his brother look bad which upset Ian a lot.

Re your point on the edit, seems like we could find a few F1s who got bad edits? Like Courtney from Ben's season (albeit there wasn't much editing" at all...)

If they need a bad guy, of the footage, Nick is their only choice I think? All others are pretty bullet-proof?

Hypothetically- IF the video is a foiler-
Tricky Nicky is hardly a 'bad' edit if Tricky Nicky knew he was in on it.
It would all be part of creating a suspenseful masterpiece of a storyline.

This success of pulling something off like this would need to take into account that this was AFTER the FRC, he was F1 and therefore went along with the plot.

Not a bad edit in the case of the proverbial 'The end justifies the means'.
