This feels like the IFLY tweet discussion all over again. As long as it makes sense to them it doesn't really have to make sense to us.

Oh and that is definitely a wink/smirk emoticon at the end of her tweet.

Maybe Cat was up late gabbing with her girlfriend and then tweeted that to Sean as he was most likely sleeping seeing as it was 1:30 in the morning. Guess we will have to see if he responds today.
